I let the phone be for an hour to load the game and the game is still loading at the main menu so I couldnt even play it

The game has reset my account twice and my first character was level 46 which took forever to get too. Is this how you treat your loyal customers? I spent money on this app for things I was supposed to get and they were completely erased and you make it impossible to contact support. If I could give this game a zero I would just for the lack of support and wiping of accounts.

The game is designed so that you get off to a very quick start and dont need to spend too much gems. Unfortunately, you quickly get to a level (level 55+) where it becomes increasingly difficult to win or progress without spending a lot of money. Plus the games is designed to pit players against each other without regard to level or power level. So if you are a newer player with good relic fragments, expect the more powerful players to steal those from you right away. This sets up a dynamic where the strong players dominate the server and the newer players struggle to grow.

I have spent more than $15 because the gems would not appear.... Please help. There is a lack of support for the app and Id like to either be given the gems I have purchased or a complete refund. Someone kindly assist me with this problem as I have deleted the app, restarted my network, and etc.

So I have been playing this game for months and it quit opening. I had to uninstall the game and reinstall. I lost all of my progress. There is no way to contact the game developer to address this issue. VERY FRUSTRATING WHEN CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS JUST NOT THERE!!!

This easily takes my top pick as my favorite iOS game. Its polished, the story is well done, and their are a ton of friendly people willing to help you out.

They game plays great and I love it, but there have been some bugs in it for months that have not yet been fixed. There are 2 or 3 arena modes that are meant for you to access at any time, but you can only use them once a day, and can only get to them using the daily quest menu. This bug has been around since at least December. And there is no way to save your game data in order to delete and reinstall the app. If you try that, then you need to start over your game.

Ive playing non stop for a few months and still am not bored. Im usually very selective when I use apps. Very rarely keeping any of the games I download. This is one of the few I did keep, and I doubt I will be deleting it anytime soon. Its got addicting game play, a good story, and an auto mode so if you want you can just have the battles play themselves.

I like the game its actually pretty cool and its fun and entertaining. But the biggest harassing problem on the game for everyone is "name code". Trying to block someone is almost non existent simply because the block is not permanent and it can be easily bypassed. The entire game is spammed with name code and harassment between players. Primarily 1 player with 4 names he uses to harass other players. I wish the developers would add the block to make it more enjoyable to play. But I do see this evolving into something that will eventually being a lawsuit.

I love the game but wish there was a way to kick a guild leader if they have been off for so many day that way its not be coming a dead guild because some of the deputies leave or the deputies stop playing along the guild leader then there is no leadership to help or chat with and you guild is a high level guild and you dont want to start over with a new guild
