this is my favourite game but its been unplayable since the last update....

yesterday it is in circle. IT asked me to reinstall the game. Idid. Today the game updated itself and kept crashing. I am worried if my record still be there or gone.

Day two...crashing faster than grandmother in a Walmart parking lot! Thanks for the useless language update...

Seems like Im not alone with this issue since the last update.....

Game keeps crashing second time I have been playing this game and this exact thing has happened uninstalling!

After I updated the game keeps crashing while loading

This was a fun game to play! I really quite enjoyed it until the updates. It seems the developers cant get it together. When the game shuts down for days to preform an update, it really ruins the excitement. I put a lot of time into this game and I now I am just walking away from it. Its just to bad!

Ever since this update came out my game refuses to load......

I would like to let you no that this lastest update of shards of magic is keeping the game closing when i press dissolve or anything that make it laggy..i cant play the game it so sad. Please fix this issue as soon as posible thank you.

Love he game but it just keeps telling me the service is temporarily suspended, coundly play on the june 22nd update due to crashing. Now the game doesnt crash but just sits at the server select screen and says ^service temporarily suspended^

Ive never played a game with such horrible customer service. I will never play any game from this developer again. 3 hour maintenance turned into 5 days of down time, which still isnt fixed at all. There is zero communication from them about what is going on. Dont waste your time with this game or any R2 game. Its not worth it!!

Why even after another update its not letting me log in

Est servers still not working, over a week now. It would be great if you fixed it.

After small patch it keeps telling me server is suspended! Havent been able to play since update! Please fix!

Even after fixing this issue of yours it still wont let a handful of us get on the game, it just freezes now. Fix this

I was level 64 before the patch and now my character is level 1 . There is no point playing this game if every patch resets your character.

Its a good game overall. But your updates are troublesome. A few runes and a some heroes arent working properly. Please fix it, specially Pupuru and Arana!

Just letting the people know if they didnt that this game is back up and running again

This game is now totally glitched and players are becoming inactive. Its a dead zone. New players are not being let in to old servers, and players can not advance in the game because of team events that need other members to participate. Its the worst. 10/10 would not recommend.

It keeps closing on me every time I touch anything in the game. Please fix this.
