Started the game and fell in love with it. Unfortunately the game is glitchy and certain features, such as arena, are not working for new accounts. No one knows when the issue will be fixed. Also it doesnt seem like there are any options to reach customer support in game.

I love this game and its dynamics, it just crashes like A LOT. Other than that its pretty gucci.

Now the best game is back thanks keep working on this awesome game, got trouble it says server down; Im so tired of facing game issue one after the other and please learn fast how to manage well a game cus you guys are noobs

Ive been playing this game for about 2 months now. Its a fun game, and a great time killer when Im bored. Ive spent enough to reach VIP 7, first and foremost. So this is a real review from someone that plays and pays. The support and updating on this game is horrendous. R2 has a lot of games they develop and maintain. I assume that is the reason for emails goings weeks without a response and updates coming every few months. The fun of the game isnt the problem. The problem is that you will not receive an email back unless its about your purchase. Even then it takes weeks sometimes. The other problem is that the majority of players cant do the PvP aspect of the game. The game has been out since November, its almost March, and no fix. I recommend trying the game out. Its a lot of fun. But I dont know how long term it will last with the terrible support and fixes.

The game is fun, lots to do. However there are many technical issues. For the past 2 days I try and log in but as soon as the loading screen hits, the game crashes and boots me out. Ive tried to get help but still nothing. Finally got game to work, and it erased all my data...screw this game!

I lost my game after re-downloading.

You know, it takes a lot for a game to be good, I understand that. But if you cant even get past the server screen thats a gigantic red flag there.

Ill give this game 4 stars if the lazy developers ever fix the arena issue!! What is taking so long?!?!

I downloaded this game, and actually enjoyed playing it for maybe a full 24 hours. Now when I try to open the app it closes itself down. If they fix this I will improve rating, for now 2 stars is being generous.

Newest update was broken for a week. Now I will fall 1 day short of the 6 star hero log in rewards. Its bad enough that it wouldnt update, but now to loose out on a good hero because neither version would run. I think everyone should be given credit for the log in days that the game was broken. Horrible customer service. I may continue to play, but I will NEVER spend money if this is how they handle problems. Real rating 0-½ stars until fixed.

I love this game so much its so fun I love the campaign it deserved a 5 star because of it awesome rewards

Over the last week this games has crashed every time Ive started it up on my iPad Air. Its done this twice on my iPhone too. Please fix this issue, the game is fun and y guild a cool group of players

No updates many glitches and developers wont refund or compensate in app purchases that dont give you the in app purchase. Send about 7 emails over 3 months no reply. Wouldnt recommend with all its glitches bugs and limited play

I really like this game. Its so much fun. My only problem is how it seems I rarely ever get any good gear or drops from battle. And its even harder to get good creatures! Even with my ultimate summon(guaranteed 5-6star) I always seem to get the worst or same guys. And I also think the "VIP" thing is kinda biased. Gaining VIP access shouldnt be granted to those who spend money. But to those who play the game at least every day and are trying to get good stuff to enjoy the game more. You know, the guys who cant pay for the gems and stuff, but still enjoy the game a lot. I personally dont think that Ill ever become a "VIP" even though I would like to. But I just dont have a way to pay money for it so its kinda a let down. But its a overall fun game. I just wish good gear and creature chances would increase. And that there are more than 1 ways to becoming a "VIP".

You should have an option to trade stuff (Gold, Diamonds, Characters,etc.). This would improve the game a lot because I would love to trade some stuff to some of my friends.

I would like you to fix the fact that you cant changed your server because I cant befriend my sister just because she is on a different server or even have her join my guild.

I cant even play the game, because I downloaded it and it is stuck in a loading screen showing me which server I should pick. Ive tried reinstalling, but it didnt work. Does anyone know how to fix this?

The only bad thing about this game is the drop rates are terrible

I really liked this game when it came out. I was VIP7 or 8. I spent actual money on the game. You could play hardcore and drop tons of cash on it of just take it casual. Then the super buggy update came out. Couldnt log in for days. The memo on the screen told me to uninstall and then reinstall the game. When I was able to log back in, I had lost everything. Characters, progress, in-game currency, everything. All the time and money spent on the game were wasted due to a publisher-side error. I cant even get a hold of the company to complain. Horrible customer support and programming. I wont ever download another game from this developer ever again. I would seriously think twice before investing anything into this game.

Its a really fun game and I spend a butt load of money on it! I started playing in Feb 2016 and the Arena has been broken since!!! Just very disappointed, please fix it already! Thats the reason for the 1 stars, Ill change it to 5 stars once the arena gets fixed!
