Many hours and money invested. Error after error. Half the players never came back. Dead guild and dead servers. What a shame. Game had poetential.

This is a good game to boot up play when you have some down time and walk away. Ive played F2P and have been enjoying it.

My wife and I had a guild together and were working to level it up and then suddenly today that guild is gone and so is my 500 gems I payed for it. I have deleted and will not play any game that steals from me

Play something else. Save your time and money. These guys are crooks. Will put a 3 month overdue update out only to take 5 days before you can play the game again. I demanded a refund of money invested after the second time they ruined the game only to be strung along for a month. These crooks deserve jail.

Still having to uninstall then reinstall the app 10 times for it work. Customer support refuses to help. Contacted them two different ways, nothing back and its been 5 hours

Chat breaks 10 times per day, arena hasnt worked for anyone joining after the new year, random crashes during the day as well. Fun game, but seems like the developers just wanted to make money and dont actually care about fixing their game...

Just bought gem and got charged for it not sure how many time but I havent got them yet in the past 30min even emailed shardsofmagic nothing replied back kind of up set how this help works..

Dont be misleading by the title, the game is great. Nice community, fun plot, I couldnt put it down. That all changed when there was an update that it would even let me download. They finally fixed the glitch, and I was so excited to start playing again and pick up where I left off when to my disappointment find all of my saves GONE. Not starting over, not even worth it. Play this game at your own risk.

Finally fixed the game and Im back on my account. FOR THOSE WHO LOST THEIR ACCOUNT JUST SWITCH TO YOUR SERVER WHEN LOGGING IN HAPPENED TO ME A WHILE BACK!

Okay, I was finally Able to reinstall the game, but now the game wont load or acknowledge my gems that I have. I bought a gem pack and the purchase was confirmed, but my gems arent registering or showing up??? Please help

Well i was so happy to get my download back and finally get to play again, just to find out day in and day out tireless efforts have been lost to the fates!!! It makes my soul wana cry, the wasted money and and patience! Unbelievable not to mention the money i lost is just gone and i wont be compensated for it!!! Ouch! Uhm idk if i wana start over now that bs hurt!

Come back to play the game after they fixed the update, just to find out my data have been deleted?? Lame game

The arena which is a HUGE part of the game is unusable without competitive play this game is pretty useless

This game is fun for about ten minutes. Arena has never worked for me and when I lvl up my stamina isnt refreshed meaning I have to wait several hours to do anything. Since there is no contact support button in game, just an email address on the loading screen, it seems the devs dont care about fixing issues.

Until update I lost my account and now starting over the arena is blank. FIX!!!

So I tried to put a lonecorn in my team to see how good it did. I fully ascended it to 4 and it didnt work so well for me so I wanted to renew it but every time I press renew it doesnt show up. However, when I press on dissolve it says I have to renew it first. But other than that, great game!
